I am see phones for really cheap on amazon and what I want to do is 1) get a phone using an upgrade that is on one of my lines on family share everything plan and 2) switch the phone over to another line on the same plan. Is this ok to do or would I get charged to do this?

I did my last upgrade with amazon.
Simple and fast.
And didn't have to drive to the Cellular store or BestBuy store and get put on a list to wait to be served. Then spend the next hour while the nerd kid tries to get you setup, tries to upsell you, to only somehow screw up your current data plan.

Yeah I just received a g3 and gave it to my mom. She had a s3 that was kind of broken. Amazon makes it easy.

I just noticed you posted asking about upgrading on amazon, but you're in the Note 2 forum. The Note 2 isn't available as an upgrade anymore. You can still get it used, but it's an outright purchase, not available as an upgrade.
