How quick was Amazon to pick up other Nexus Phones? Verizon Phones? Seems like they are same day on some phones and a week or so later with others. I don't remember how long it took with the Nexus S.
I'm curious about this, as well, because I'm hoping to get it from Amazon Wireless to avoid paying tax on it. Neither the Razr or Rezound are on there, yet, so I assume Amazon won't be offering pre-orders on either device (and probably not on the Nexus, either).
So is killing yourself (Death With Dignity Act). Don't you get raped in other taxes though? Delaware has no sales tax (last i check, which is a while ago... I don't keep up with our nation's first state). Puerto Rico has no taxes... could pick it up there and live there... no 4G... but hey, its Puerto Rico!
Where I live its still a manageable 6%... other cities more, but I have the basic sales tax here.
I was curious too so I checked out AmazonWireless during the Droid Razr launch. They did have it in stock on launch but quickly became backordered 8-9 days (it's still like that now). It was also selling for $200 for an upgrade and $111 for a new account.
this is a great idea about sales tax, hopefully i can get verizon to move my date up in order to get this on contract...I got the droid x day 1 and we have a decently large family plan and have been with them for a while, so im thinking i might be able to convince them to help a brother out..
but the thing i find interesting is that Amazon Wireless sells the razr for $750 off contract, while verizon sells it for $650
I noticed that, too, and I'm concerned about that... I don't get why there'd be such a large difference. I always thought Amazon charged the same (even a little less, sometimes).
