Amzer Items on Amazon

I think i mentioned it before, but i noticed on the website when i ordered mine it said that case was shipping in about a week. The very next day it said now shipping, so i would agree they have an issue with updating their inventory, for either a pc issue or they do that just so they can get orders submitted that might not normally be if it said out of stock. Either way.. you should get your case. I'm not saying its right that people are misinformed about inventory but i seriously dont think AMZER is trying to rip you off.

The EPIK cases are the same, and look pretty good too.

I don't think they're trying to rip me off either. But, I'm just disturbed by how unethical their business practices are: Lying to the customer NUMEROUS times, not having listed ship times on the website (yet charging more for 'supposedly' faster shipping options), CHARGING A FEE for canceling an order, not listing their 'processing times' on the website, etc. I just feel that the more a company DOESN'T inform the consumer about, the more its trying to hide.

The straw that broke the camel's back was being told BY A MANAGER that my case would be in my hand NO LATER than tomorrow. And based on the website update, and the manager not returning the call I left this morning, I can already tell they are just going to try to ignore/defer my complaints until the product ships out.
 
I just called the manager back. He told me the new shipment isn't arriving until 7/2, BUT they had a case available that they will be shipping to me today for arrival tomorrow. And then HOPEFULLY I will be DONE with Amzer!
 
Thought I'd post my scenario on here...

I wanted the Argyle case as well from Amzer and had an Amazon gift card so decided to go through them. I ordered yesterday (7/6) when they were in stock, but it said only four were left. I figured what the heck, it's cheap, I can wait.

When I received the order confirmation it had the case the other item I purchased on it and said they would ship together.

Today I check it and my other item has shipped and now the case says it's out of stock with 1-3 month delivery time. I called just to see what they'd tell me and the CSR assured me that the item would be shipped to me in the next day or two, that it was coming from a different location and sometime sthe shipping times out vary by location.

So we'll see what happens I guess! Would like to receive it within the next week or so, only time will tell!
 
If Amazon said it was shipping, I'm sure it will. Amzer, like I said, is the problem.

My story wrapped up by me finally receiving the case...close to a week after the manager told me I'd receive it. He indicated it would be shipped overnight on the 23rd (Tuesday). I even received a USPS tracking number later that day. HOWEVER, it was only sent Priority mail (not overnight), and even though I received a tracking number on the 23rd, the tracking info didn't START until the afternoon of Friday the 25th (showed the item as being picked up by the USPS around 4pm on the 25th). And yes, that's a day after I was supposed to have it in-hand. The case wasn't delivered until Tuesday the 29th.

I'm never going to deal with them again, I can assure you that.
 
I got a shipping notice this evening so it's all good, my other item came out of IN while this case came out of NV....hopefully I'll have it in a few days!
 
I got the case! I really really like the looks and feel of it.... I was just expecting it to be more on the hard/plastic side
