An app to see what wireless device I'm on

We have around 6 Wireless Access Points (WAP) and I need an app to tell me which one I'm on when it changes from WAP to WAP.
Is there anything like that out there at Play Store?

But Im not sure how it performs. I dont use it

Thanks. The Wifi Analyzer is telling what WAP I'm on by the MAC ID. That's good for me.
