Some old fart of a judge who has no understanding of technology, whose kids have iPods/iPhones, who like everyone else in the public believes Steve Jobs 'invented' the pc, laptop and mobile phone, and is bombarded with Apple products in every single tv show, movie and media.

No wonder Apple wins these court cases. They have zero technical defense, just a bogus patent and lots of hype they use to convince the judge and jury.

yea they did this to the htc one x and now there going to try to prevent sg3's from coming in this country. I can't stand apple and their bullying, the world needs to wake up and stop supporting these theives.

Apple fans are blind. All they care about is that foolish "i" in front of every product. I talk to them sometimes about the lack of freedom on their phones and they don't care. Like talking to a brick wall
