Is that why Samsung so late in OS software updates lol .. I thought developers have a deadline get their apps up to date before a new OS release.

Matter of fact, I have that link saved somewhere that starting this year I believe they had developers were mandated to get their apps in line.

I'll see if I can hunt that down later today.
