Looking for developers to create simple database application based on profit sharing basis

Application accepts between 12 to 24 subscribers. Subscribers submit bids (or forgo rights to that particular month) on same day before noon every month. Once bid accepted, subscriber no longer have rights to bid further. Number of months = number of subscribers plus 1 organiser.
