January for Note 20 seems wrong , it's inline with Note 10 which just started or on it's way with beta

Good point! IIRC, the Note 20's Beta testing did not start until around 2 months after the Galaxy S20's, (September), and I wonder if that could be the reason.

Possible, I'm on the beta now and it's pretty stable , I think another is on its way and said to be last to be coming within these days . I think personally it's ready for primetime as it is . But notice in the beta forums some are having little issues here and there .

Anyone know what time frame in December that the S20 line will receive the update?

Just got the update 20 minutes ago. S20 Ultra on Verizon

Same. Just trying it out now. Can definitely see the difference in aesthetics, but haven't played with new functions yet.

Good Lock needs to update, so I'm going to have to get used to looking at the clock on the left taskbar again and the extra icons I had hidden.

Since its not listed separately, is the FE 5G grouped with S20?

No news on the Samsung Galaxy FE I am afraid. Unlike the Galaxy S20's and S10's it has not been part of a Beta test programme to-date as it was only launched 8 weeks ago. Whether this will affect when it receives Android 11 is hard to say.

Gotcha. Bought for the promise of Android 14. But Samsung never said we would get any of them in our lifetime. I hate it when I get outsmarted like that.

Plus, the OP is for Egypt. Is the FE available there?

Not disagreeing with your point, though.

With the news that Samsung have started to roll out the stable Android 11 & UI 3.0 releases. comes the news that the Beta test firmware release has started for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE model.

Initially, this has started rolling out in Samsung's home country, South Korea.

See... S20FE One UI 3 beta started in South Korea

This bodes well for the Galaxy S20 FE users as it puts them on the road to a stable release in early 2021.

Users should check their Samsung Members app in case they need to sign up for the Beta test firmware. The Beta test on the Galaxy S20's was limited to 5 or 6 countries and unbranded Samsung models and therefore the Beta may not be available to everyone.

The monthly updates have been a couple of weeks behind the other S20s (at least on Verizon). That and the fact that the FE wasn't in the beta with the other 3 makes it unsurprising that it isn't getting 11/3.0 yet. I'm not worried. I figure it will be along sooner than later.

Seems they treating s20FE at midrange update cycle for software updates.
