I refuse to bite into Eve's fruit.
Good luck in your search.
They’re both “Eve’s fruit”, let’s face it. Two of the largest hoodwinkers in the universe.

Annnnd Trusted Places still doesn't work either! What a joke...I have concluded that Google has no interest in fixing the Trusted Devices feature, not fixed in A12, and has never worked since its inception.![]()
What doesn't work for you with Trusted Device? I have numerous Bluetooth devices set as trusted and they keep my phone unlocked.I have concluded that Google has no interest in fixing the Trusted Devices feature, not fixed in A12, and has never worked since its inception.![]()
I have a Sony Bravia Android TV, it is recognized by my phone and the TV recognizes my phone. The Trusted Devices setting will not connect with it at any point. I have made sure to follow the steps to help but still will not connect as a trusted device. I have a tablet that also will not connect as a trusted device. What doesn't work for you with Trusted Device? I have numerous Bluetooth devices set as trusted and they keep my phone unlocked.
If you long press the At A Glance widget and then tap Customize you get into the Home Settings and can customize what appears in the widget.Somehow, go rid of the small temp in the upper left....

You should have the Customize option when Google enables it server side. It took a server side update for the options to appearWorks for the manually-added widget in the middle of the screen but not for the redundant one in the top left that can't be removed. Annoying for sure.

Which manually added widget? The one on the to left is the new At A Glance and that's what is customized in Home SettingsI have the Customize option when long pressing the top left widget, but it only controls the manually added widget. Does yours control both? Shouldn't need both...

The At A Glance widget cannot be removed. It is supposed to show date, weather and other key information. It's supposed to have sliders that control what you want to see. That's the part that's broken, the customize options do not appear for some people, yet. But you can't remove the stock At A Glance widget.See RETG's screenshot above. The widget in the middle is manually added like other widgets by long pressing the home screen. The customize settings control that but the at a glance in the upper left that can't be removed - it only shows the date.

I'm not surprised since tapping the date in At A Glance opens Weather. It was all fine in Beta 5 and then broken in the stable release.Understood that it can't be removed. There is also an AAG widget you can manually add that has all the info and it's working properly. The customize option for the manual widget is accessed through the stock AAG widget long press. Sliders are there probably exactly as you are seeing on yours, they just control the wrong widget.
Would it be sacrilegious if I said I should have stayed on Android 11? Seriously, not much on 12 that I would want to keep. Or miss for that matter.
