Android 12 Official Release ..5 bugs and fixes.

Since people are posting in both Beta 4 and 5 let's continue in Beta 4 and save this for Beta 5.

Got the new update, unfortunately I still have the bug where if you are playing media or anything, if you open or switch to Google Maps, media volume drops to about 50%. So so so annoying.

From what folks are posting in the beta 4 / 4.1 thread this is not beta 5, just a bug fix update for beta 4.1. Hopefully 5 is coming soon with multiple bug fixes.

Yep yep and just a quick bug fix to fix the VPN issues, and the heads up notifications.

Right. The Beta 4 thread is the best place to post bugs or comments on today's 4.1 patch.
We'll get Beta 5 soon enough.

Close.... I think beta 5 and possibly a 6 and we're ready to roll I'm not a beta person, but I'm pretty eager to try it.... I'm considering jumping on 5 since it's pretty close to the finished product.

Yeah, more than likely. Beta 4.1 is very very good. A few little minor tweaks hopefully Google figures it out for most, and it should be good to go for production level.

I was kinda hoping that one of these later betas (beta 5) would give us a material you option for the pixel launchers Home Screen digital clock widget. I mean it’s now a Lock Screen feature so why not? With all the other coloring options they have given us it seems a no brainer to ditch the boring white.

mhmm well, somewhat promising news there! I just really really hope that Google officially irons out ALL of theirs small tiny android 12 beta 4.1 bugs if you know what I mean…l
