Agree. That's why I'm not spending money on a new device yet.

Plus you get another year of security updates and one more os update right? I'm not sure how the a series is supported, but isn't it the same as the other pixels? I always hang on to my pixels until after support stops....why get rid of one before one of it's best features has finished?

Guaranteed OS and security updates until August 2023. So, technically, I could keep it for 2 more years.

I use a Pixel 5 and just downloaded Android 12 on Friday night with no issues. Was a little worried for a minute there, but everything went well!

Hey everyone I updated it 9 days ago 1.85 GB on pixel4 & I'm pretty disappointed. Is the customisation of phone that green to orange bar,No variety except it changes shade/colour. 11 could change font,overall style,Colour. 12 This app customisation doesn't compete with novas launcher or 11. Not trying to C***P on anyone's work,I think it's layout is I guessed to simplified but what do I know just my opinion.

Seems like battery life has settled now after a few days since the update.

The first two days were clearly a downgrade from 11.
