I bought a 9inch android 13 double din head unit for my truck and like most new vehicles and new stereos they automatically connect to Bluetooth upon starting the car after you set it up the first time of course. These stereos like most do automatically connect your Bluetooth but it will not automatically connect to my WiFi via my personal hotspot on my cellphone. Can someone tell me if there’s a solution for this??? I previously had an older version and it connected to both with no issues when I started the car…

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the PIxel Buds Pro forum to the Other In-Car Systems forum (unless you were in fact asking something in relation to PIxel Buds?).

Welcome to AC!
It doesn't connect to any WiFi or is this just hotspot? You have enough data for hotspot?
When the car starts only the Bluetooth connects automatically and I physically have to get my phone shut off hotspot wait a few seconds then turn it back on every time I get in my truck. Most units have a way to connect it automatically. There’s not much mbps available but I’m able to watch something on YouTube but the quality is junk.

By any chance are you using an iPhone?
