No you will not have your data wiped. Because the version of 13 they're pushing to your phone when you sign up for beta is the final version, once you opt out of the beta, it does not send anything else to your phone.

Seems to be rolling out to more people now, my wife's pixel 6 just got it, another friend got it as well. No beta trick needed.

No you will not have your data wiped. Because the version of 13 they're pushing to your phone when you sign up for beta is the final version, once you opt out of the beta, it does not send anything else to your phone.

I think Google plans to continue doing betas of the quarterly releases. So unless you want to be on that beta track you need to opt out of the beta program. I suspect that once you get onto the QR beta track it would take a factory reset to get out. I remember a lot of folks on the Android 12 QR beta had trouble getting out of it last Spring.

That's great don't know why it was such a slow rolling out and don't know why with beta trick it was 2gb compared OtA 1gb

Not impressed with A13. My P6Pro was just fine on A12 and 13 doesn't offer me any kind of benefit. In fact, battery life seems worse...over the last 24 hours "phone idle" sucked 24% of my battery.

Yup, battery life has been horrible on my P6P with Android 13. I thought it was the beta but with the official release it's just as bad.

I keep reading this... I think we just need a little patience, and I suspect Google will dial in the Tensor chipset just fine
