I didn't realise this was only a Samsung feature. Wow, this sure took a long time for Google.

I have a P7P too and it's there, just not through the "3 dot menu"
Settings>Apps>Special app access(all the way to the bottom)>Full screen Notifications(2nd from bottom).

I might of misread this, if you were trying to turn on...Hide them. I don't see that

The last one you posted Yes, but not the others. I guess you can go into each app and turn it off but I don't see a option to turn them all off like your screen shot above that 1 shows

Yeah can do this within each app under notifications of the app
