Android 4.2.2 end of month?

I came into this article saying that Android 4.2.2 will come by the end of the month? How reliable is this source? Anyone know?
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update for HTC One to Roll Out This Month | Mobile Bloom News

I'd like to remain optimistic that they will make the move to 4.2.2 fairly soon, so I'll buy in. The one thing I was leery about as it pertained to HTC was if they were going to show the committment to this device that's necessary. I think they've answered that question with the way things have been handled so far.

I hope the update comes soon, i do not have any problems but i think they can improve blinkfeed and do more optimisations overall. With the next update i will factory reset my One i am not having good battery life.

I'm sure this is the unlocked version getting it first if this turns out to be true. But I would be pleasantly surprised if the carriers get it out at he same time. I read some where else in the forums that's the carriers already had the update and are testing it.

llabtoofer posted today 4.2.2 is very close. I'm sure this is via HTC and not through carriers. The unlocked version would get it first, as the carriers will want to spend time testing it for adverse effects on their infrastructure. FYI.

I've seen another article about 4.2.2 for the Butterfly and DNA + Sense 5.1 for those to, so it'd make sense to apply the same upgrade to the One, which is newer, right?

By testing, you mean take their time "optimizing" 4.2.2 for that particular handset on their network and placing all the carrier bloatware that they think us "incompetent" android users need, right?

Seriously, this is why I love aftermarket android software development and Nexus devices. OS Updates for both are quite consistent and for the most part, carrier bloatware and OEM skins as well as constrictions are non-existent. (The former mentioned is referring to custom ROM distributors and creators such as CyanogenMod, AOKP, AOSPA (ParanoidAndroid), SlimRoms, etc. ROM updates from them are consistent, though most are still highly unstable.)

Yeah, that's pretty much it.
