Android 4.2 / Change lock screen wallpaper

Hi,

I'll cut right to the chase.

I got a Feiteng H9500 (chinese S4 look a like) which runs on 4.2
Now there's something i can't figure out.
I want to change the lockscreen wallpaper to one of my photo's.
But when i try to do this through the gallery, via the "set as" option the lockscreen option isn't there.


Now i found out that i can change the wallpaper if i press the settings button when i'm on my home screen.
Then i get the option's home screen, lock screen or both.
When i select lock screen, i can only choose out of the default wallpapers that came with android, no custom wallpapers/photo's.
If i choose both, i can pick a picture from the gallery so then it works.
But since i don't want my homescreen to be the same wallpaper i change this via the Home screen option.
But when i do this both backgrounds change. (home and lock)
Does anyone know some way to change the lockscreen wallpaper another way?
Been digging around in some root explorer stuff to get to the default wallpapers, but can't really get my head around it yet, since i'm quite the newbie with android.

Hope someone can help me. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal, but i'm a stubborn ******* and want this to work

I have the same problem with my Hisense Infinity Prime1 or HS-U970... Does anyone have a solution!? Please
