Android 4.3 / help

Hello guys
I have now Android 4.2.2 / Sourcery ROM / fancy kernel and i want to update to Android 4.3
If i do that, do i have to root the phone, again ? Is there any custom ROM, already ?
Please help me, i want to update to 4.3

The easiest way to get 4.3 is to flash a custom ROM. If you returned the device to stock to take the OTA update, you would have to root again.

The easiest method would probably be to flash a 4.3 custom rom. Custom roms come pre rooted so dont have to worry about rooting. You might have to flash the latest bootloader and radio though. I would advise on clean flashing the 4.3 factory images as this will give you a fresh start and problems will be less likely. It is extremely easy to root 4.3 again.

There are a number of Android 4.3 ROMs available for the Nexus 4 on XDA at Nexus 4 Android Development - xda-developers and Nexus 4 Original Android Development - xda-developers. Before flashing a 4.3 custom ROM, however, you will need to download and flash the makoz20i bootloader and the .84 radio update. These are available for installation as zip files from https://www.copy.com/s/JniBu/4.3 files (mako).

Note: If you decide to install a custom kernel, be very careful to choose a kernel that is compatible with your ROM version.
