Android 4.4.2 CM 11 - "cell message" constant notification

Hi, everybody.
Can anyone help me about constant notification like "Cell Message" all the time after ROM CM 11 instalation?
Battery is losting power very fast and it can be worst with this situation.

Not sure, but you may try disabling the cell broadcast.
