Android 4.4 rom experience on galaxy s2

I'm considering flashing my s2 with a 4.4 rom, I was just wondering what peoples experiences was before I do it.

Any lag?

Battery life?

Also which rom have you flashed?

I've tried pound rom, beanstalk and now I'm just trying resurrection remix. Pound rom gave me the best battery and there's no lag in them. The s2 runs em pretty good
