Android 5.0 and Nexus 7

Hi Guys

has anybody updated their Nexus 7 to android L yet?

Ive updated mine and my god its slow now.

Having some crashes on apps too and Games it would have played fine before are now running like dog crap.

Getting a lot of "Process System isnt responding" too.

Device isnt rooted or anything.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Check your apps (especially games and system utilities) to be sure they are compatible with Android 5.0.

Visit the Play Store and view the "Newest" comments for each suspect app.

Actually, I find it to be very much glitch free. However there are many apps which are not yet (and some which never will be) 5.0 compliant.

Some general stuttering happening on my N7 (2012), especially at first start up. Once up and moving around between apps, all seems fine.

When I say stuttering, I mean that even the lock screen may render wrong, but then sorts itself out after several seconds (so not all to do with 3rd Party apps not yet updated), while Chrome browser very slow in actually becoming usable - including just returning to last page viewed when last closed. Mind you, that's always been the case - it's just not been improved yet.

Yeah I know what you mean, I am getting the lag so to speak. But also like system processes not responding. But like you said stuff still needs updating\fixing yet so I'll just be patient lol.

I have to agree though, once it gets going, its fine

Hmm maybe its just the games I download then like assassins creed pirates etc.

I'm having a huge playback issue, I can't watch any videos on YouTube, web and on others various apps. Does anyone have a similar issues or am I the only one?

I'm not having any issues like that. My YouTube and browser work fine sorry bud. Just a bit slow.

Yeah it seems to primarily be with the nexus 7 but if you have the nexus 7 and no issues I'm happy for you cause this sucks.
