When is android 5.0 lollipop coming to android cell/mobile phones...I'm from United kingdom.

Not to be a smart alec but.. sometime after Google releases the final code (it's not yet released). If you check Andrew Martonik's article on the Nexus 9 (hands-on first impressions), even THAT didn't have a final build on it and as such he couldn't test/review the software.

Once Google releases the final code, then your phone manufacturer has to complete their build for your device, test it and then they'll release it to you.

Short Answer: It will depend on your particular phone and carrier.

I would not expect it this year unless you have a Nexus device. Moto devices will probably be next after that, then Samsung. For HTC or LG devices, you are probably looking at next Summer if you're lucky.
