I am quite new in the forums here.. I recently bought the Nexus 6P and stopped using my Galaxy S5... The problem is that in the Samsung there was an option in the keyboard that was learning the words you were typing the most (no matter what language - English/Greek/Greeklish) by selecting the "live words" if i remember correctly.. No i cannot find such option in my Nexus 6P. Is there something that i do not know?? Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Alex

I don't think he wants to switch to fully Greek input, but rather wants it to recognize when he is typing words which are a mishmash of Greek and English.

FWIW, the Swiftkey keyboard is capable of recognizing multiple languages simultaneously which can be cool as I often interject Italian words or phrases within my English, however it can also be annoying as auto-correct takes on a whole new level of choosing the incorrect word - English "so" becomes Italian "sì" for example. But, this still doesn't address the OP's requirement for recognition of his personal "Greeklish" words.

Exactly... I want to write instead of "πατριωτη" "patrioti".. this is what i meant...

So, as stated above, you can try adding as many Greeklish words as come to mind to your keyboard's "personal dictionary" or try a keyboard with better "learning" capabilities such as Swiftkey.
