Android 8.1 Freezing Problems

[Android Central Question]

My phone is AllCall S 1 X mobile phone, using android 8.1. The problem is that, when the phone is switched off, or the battery drains and you try to switch it on, it cannot switch on. It only freezes on the start screen. Any advice or assistant ?

Do you have to restart the device to get back into the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
