Android 8.1 Google Images Issue

Hello, I have android 8.1 device that I have issues with. When I try to google search using google app or chrome, and then click on Images tab, its empty. All I see is the amount of images found and a page number row. So far I tried resetting my phone to factory settings, updating all the apps, updating phones ROM. Any other search engine or similar apps work fine and show the images.
It seems like when I click Images tab, it tries to load PC version of the tab, however all other tabs work ok. Also if I disable Java script, then everything works but on PC site version. When I simply search and then scroll down, Images are there and visible, just when I click on the Images tab its empty..
This is really frustrating, I hope this is easily fixed because I use images often.

Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? If you're using the standard Google app, you could try signing up for the Beta version (which you can do on the Google Play Store page for the Google app). This can often clear up glitches, and I've found that the Beta version isn't particularly buggy either.

Its a Chinese phone called iLA Silk.
I have tried all the versions of Chrome incuding Beta, in none of them the Images tab works correctly.
Other browsers such as Opera, FireFox etc it works fine.

What about the Beta version of the Google app (which is different from Chrome)?

Since it's a Chinese phone, did you have to install Google Play Services and the Play Store yourself, or did it come with these preinstalled? Many Chinese phones don't have these preinstalled (since they're not certified for Google Play), and if you have to manually install them, there's no guarantee that Google apps will work entirely correctly.
