Greetings, I just checked, and Android 9 Pie is downloading on my Pixel XL.

Yea no luck, I'm wifi connected and on Project Fi. Tried clearing Google Services Framework data and rebooted, nothing so far. My coworker's verizon phone got the prompt.

I just tried and got this....

In Canada, on Bell. Pixel XL (OG), currently on the P Beta. Is everyone else on the Beta that are getting this?

Safe to assume that the 1 GB downloads are on running Oreo and the 47 MB ones are on the Beta?

Wow, was just checking for the Aug security update and saw Pie was available. VZ on a refurbed original Pixel. I did the 8 beta program but unenrolled. Downloading now.

Finally got mine. Hope I'm not speaking too soon, but this is the greatest new version of Android in a long time. Absolutely love it. Now to see how the battery behaves over the next several days..

checked earlier on original pixel and it was available. downloaded it and I am getting a few crashes. So I will factory reset tonight when I go to bed. Otherwise. It's ok. Not loving it but not hating it either.

I downloaded it yesterday. My Pixel will be two years old in December. It seems like my phone is a little laggier on Pie, and my battery life is just as horrible as on Oreo. I really like this phone, but Oreo destroyed my battery life... The only reason I plan to ditch this phone once it's paid off. I hope the Pixel 3 is better, but I'm worried about the price and whether there will be good deals.

And the notch. The notch is going to make me insane.

My Pixel XL has been smooth after the initial settling in time, and a few reboots. Battery life may not be as good, but it's been a while since I factory reset my phone. And also, I tend to use it more looking for the new features. I really like what they've done.
One thing that is different since the update, is that my phone will connect to both my Plantronics Bluetooth headset, and my car at the same time. It has always been either or, but today they both connected.
Kinda nice, but I can't figure out how to choose one over the other when the phone rings.
