Android.acore.process stopped unexpectedly

I have the El Cheapo LG-L38C Optimus android from straighttalk and I keep getting the pop up window that my android acore is unexpectedly stopped and I cannot use anything on the phone. I've cleared caches, contact storage and cleared message storage. I have uninstalled apps and its still slow and pop-ups. In need of helpful advice........

Welcome to Android Central! The acore error is a tough one to troubleshoot, since it seems like there can be various different causes.
