Android app missing notifications?

Hello,

use a ZFold 4 with the latest Android version and have since a few days problems with an app (Tidio).
Normal is available under settings / apps / any app / under privacy notifications.
Except for this one app Tidio here the menu "Notifications" is completely missing. (See screenshot)

Was uninstalled via the Play Store, reinstalled and also already cache / data cleared, phone restarted but all without success.

On another Samsung device (S21 Ultra) the app works without problems and also shows the menu notifications?

Does anyone else have a tip? Is another app on my device preventing full access to it or is it a system setting?

mustang7757 you are my Hero. Thanks a million, it was really just the app version. The latest version of Tidio had a bug. A few minutes ago a new update came out from 8.33.0 to 8.33.1
