Android Auto and Kia

My wife mini Kia Carnival voice command never seen to work as they should. It was fine on her Note 20. Anyone have solutions?. I've tested S22 Ultra -n- Plus.

Can you be a tad more specific? What exactly isn't working? Does it give you the wrong responses, or does it not prompt at all? Is Android Auto updated on the phone? Have you tried clearing the app's storage (cache usually does the trick)? That being said, though, Kia's (and Hyundai's and Genesis') implementation of Android Auto is infamous for being buggy and half-baked, I'm afraid

Ahhh! It's just Google Voice won't start when I say "Hey Google or Ok Google" when in Android auto.

I tried deleting app - restart car setting..

Wireless. It worked fine with Note 20, not sure what's issue with S22.

We know wired AA had issues but wireless lol they have them more because fairly new and not all cars/ radios have it . It is strange the previous device works and not this one

I don't know if this will help but try going to apps>Android auto tap>upper right corner uninstall update see if it works with previous version before you update it again

reproduce and report to samsung using samsung members app > get help > error report.
It might be Google's issue as well... :/

If it looks like that then the 'Hey Google' toggle needs to be turned on. Is it grayed out/disabled?

Geeszz. Three parties pointed at each other, KIA --> Samsung --->>> Google faults.

I don't know if this will help but try going to apps>Android auto tap>upper right corner uninstall update see if it works with previous version before you update it again

I'm gonna keep my eyes on it.
