Android Auto and the 2015 Nissan Rogue

I have an LG Smart Phone with the Android 5.1 Lollipop system. I drive a 2015 Nissan Rouge with the factory installed navigation system. I downloaded Android Auto onto my phone; however, I simply cannot get any response whatsoever. Can you assist?

AFAIK the 2015 Nissan Rogue is not yet compatible with Android Auto.

as far as i know...

sorry you are out of luck. there is no "update" that will make your rogue work with android auto. you'll need to replace the physical hardware in your car with an aftermarket unit to get it to work with android auto.
