Hi. I have a DQi-K RK3528 Android 13.0 box. I’m trying to connect to Wi-Fi via my Sony tv screen. I can enter the password but it then tells me to select tick to continue but I cannot see or work out how to select tick. Anyone had this?

Welcome to Android Central forums. I don't have this unit and finding someone with this unit randomly on this site is pretty low but it won't stop us from trying to help you.

I wasn't able to find an exact screenshot for the WiFi set-up but I found the manual and in the manual I found this screenshot that shows an entry field and on-screen keyboard. It looks like there's more of the data box under the keyboard. Are you able to close the keyboard to see the full box?

There is also the possibility that you just need to press enter. What would the tick box even be to enable in this process?

Perhaps post a screenshot of your own showing this page and the message to give us a bit more to go on.

From everything I can find related to that part number it appears the device is manufactured in China, no surprise there, by EasyTone. I found their contact us page where you could reach out and ask them about this, they would know more and better than I. Click here to visit that page.

I briefly surfed their site but could not find an FAQ page or any other place to post/ask a question.

Not sure how much we can really help but let us know what you find and we can continue from there.

Thank you. I attach screenshots. I can’t get a virtual keyboard onscreen so using a mini-keyboard. There doesn’t seem to be any other boxes to tick and I’ve tried enter and ok with no luck.

Since you're using an actual keyboard, the only two things I can think would be to try and tab from the password box, because in a normal situation you could tab to enter button, maybe tabbing will take you either to the box you need or the enter button. The other would be trying the remote. If the screen is bigger than the display the TV might be smart enough that if you scrolled it would reveal the lower portion of that box. Why it would be so big that it doesn't all display is beyond me but that brings to mind another idea. I'm the TV settings you should be able to go from landscape to portrait. Maybe trying in a different orientation would display the whole thing better.

-tab
-directional buttons on remote
-screen orientation

Let us know what you find.
