Android box not turning on - tried reset does nothing

[Android Central Question]

Hi
I have a Android box ( H96MAX and when I went to turn it on this morning I noticed it just stayed with boot still written on it and the tv is not reading it (says no signal when on HDMI channel)
Tried googling it and got told to reset it by pressing button with no power then keep holding reset plug power back on wait 10-15 secs then release
But still nothing...
Can anyone please help

Chances are the hardware failed or the firmware became corrupt, which would not be unusual for these kinds of no-name devices. Is it under any kind of warranty? Does the manufacturer have any customer service to speak of?
