Taken with my Sony Z3v.
Only editing was black and white with the photo editor on the phone. Got a thing for black and white.

Phone: LG G3 D855, Euphoria ROM (Android 5.1.1)
Camera: Google Camera
Editing: Google Photos

It was the closest, most inspiring I found, representing my political thoughts from a more extreme viewpoint. I'm a Norwegian social democrat. The propaganda poster was ordered from Ukraine.

No, this isn't Jupiter on a bad hair day. I noticed this strange effect when I pointed my Moto X (2013) at a Sylvania LED bulb in a desk light, with the camera brightness turned all the way down (using "A Better Camera" app). I thought it looked kind of cool and scifi - there was no editing of the photo. The "blue spot" appears to be the actual LED array, while the remaining effects seem to be caused by the camera trying to come to grips with the brightness.

This was taken at a botanical garden near where I live that puts up tons of lights every Christmas. This light was hanging from a tree and really caught my eye. It was a plastic thing lit from the inside and the shapes it made with the shadows and light really looked interesting. (please excuse the pine needles - me not removing them first is my only regret, but I was trying to keep up with my kids)

"Urban Light" in front of Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
Taken with Nexus 5 with HDR+.
Edited by Google+ Photos auto enhancement.
I put my Nexus 5 on the ground with the screen facing down and controlled the camera on my moto 360.
The idea to take a photo from this wierd angle and use an Android wear to control the camera was an improvisation.

This photo was taken with an old Nexus 4 using the standard google camera. No editing was done. What you see here is a shot my newly renovated kitchen and two martini glasses. I added special counters that are translucent and mounted an LED light strip underneath. Although I love the hue light system I don't find the light strips to be all that robust and its expensive so I went with a custom setup. I love light color and recognize the power it has with altering an individuals mood. Coming home to this after a long day of work puts me in my happy place.

here is a pic of my beerdelier I made for my cabin. Basic black plumbing pipe, cloth covered lamp cord and 22oz bottles of some of my favorite beers with the bottoms cut off (well, those with painted not paper labels anyway). Taken with my old Note 2 before I got my Nexus 6.

Image taken using the HTC M9 using the Google Camera APP.
I had to use PS CS6 to reduce the image size, because AC's attachment system wouldn't let me attach the original sized image.

I'm calling this one "Into the Cooker" It is a picture of the side of my stove, a gas range with the light on. I put the focus of the camera onto the light to darken the surroundings and remove almost all of the glare I could.

Since this contest is about lightbulbs i decided to go simple and get to the point, Took this photo in my room using my Nexus 5, close up to the lightbulb, the background is the glass covering the lightbulb. Used the Snapseed app to edit the photo.

A gif is a picture as well, so should count:)
20150618_200258-ANIMATION.jpg

I took the images with my Samsung Galaxy S6. First, I tried using the sammy .GIF camera extension, but it was a really low quality image (as gifs are supposed to be, I know). I wanted a little more resolution, so I decided to use a tripod to take different pictures at the same point, but my phone dropped (130cm).. Luckily for you guys, the glass did not break!!
So I decided to take the images by hand. They were uploaded to Google Photos and then I selected them to make an animation.. et voilà, Google made me a nice gif:)

The light in the picture is a Lifx bulb in an giant glass bulb. I had to wait 1,5years to get the first kickstarter bulb and then 1 more year before the bulbs were really usable (as they promised) with clould support. In the end, I'm happy with them now, but the path to happiness was very hard ;)

So my picture is made by an Android device, which controlled the bulb to change coulours randomly and in the end, Google made me the animation. Can it be more Android/Google minded?

EDIT: seems like I can't post the Google URL (need 10 posts and I'm more a reader), when I upload Google animation, it's transformed to a JPG. So here is a similar Sammy gif that does the job..
