Who doesn't want a little robot love in their life? 4.3 inch screen. 8 megapixels of pure image capturing goodness. 720p video playback. There's not a thing that's mediocre about this phone. It's all pure sex. If you give it to me, here's what I predict it will say to you:

Why I consider it the best phone

I have a Nexus One right now and I'm thinking of going to the Droid X for several reasons below (in no particular order):

• Android OS, are there still other OSs out there?
• Larger screens = larger on-screen keyboard
• The larger screen will make it a breeze to read E-books on (Kindle app baby!)
• Watching videos on the larger screen will be a joy.
• HDMI Output... what??
• On the best cell network in the US.
• No hardware keyboard (yes that's a plus for me)
• Dedicated GPU..
• 8MP Camera and true 720p video
• Dedicated camera button
• It won't drop signal by holding it in a normal grip... sorry, had to go there..

There's probably more, but that's all I have right now.

Please let me win so I can justify going from a no-contract plan on T-mobile to a new contract on Verizon.. haha.

No need to call this an iPhone killer as its not even a comparison that this'll be better. Simply the soon to be available to everyone the best phone on the far better network. The pre release specs on this blow all others out of the water...

Why is this the hottest phone?

Because it is so damn sexy looking, and motorola knows how to build a quality device. Look at the original droid. The phone still kicks some serious booty!

The Droid X runs circles around my Storm2 -- I'm waiting until my contract expires next year to trade it in for the Droid X. It would be great to get it now. Large screen, fast processing, web browsing, and Froyo (went it comes out for Droid X). Please don't make we wait until next year!

The Droid X is the greatest phone because it have the greatest software, (Android) and great hardware to back it up! Fast processor, big screen, great battery life, and a great network! Verizon! What more can someone ask for? Being able to view Androidcentral.com on it will be very fun and pleasent.
