The Droid X is the hottest phone of the year because of it's god-like specs and it's awesome name. Of course, the best thing is the android operating system.

I would love a Droid X(!) but because of money constraints I'm stuck with my Blackberry Storm (1st Gen.). Been following this site for about 4 months now and when I saw this post about a free Droid X, I had to make the jump to become a member. Frankly I've been drooling over the Android platform since it came out and I can't wait to make the jump from the Blackberry OS to Android. Winning this phone would make it a whole heck of a lot easier for me to make that jump in this economy...but the main reasons why I would love the Droid X are because of that massive screen, HD video, and just hearing that "Droooooiiid" make me tremble! lol.

The Droid X is crazy amazing... The screen is gorgeous, the phone is svelte, it?s a wifi hotspot and the processor kicks butt...!!! I would do 13 massive belly flops for that phone.

It's the newest badest and latest evolution in the line. They continue to improve and this is no exception. It's one of those phones on the cutting edge leading the pack and is a must have. You definitely will turn heads with this coupled with the features this phone rocks.

It's everything I wanted that I didn't want to pay for, and of course it hits the press right after I bought my droid.

Look, I am old ( well not that old ) and bald....and instead of going through my mid-life crisis and buying some ultra expensive car (porsche, ferrari, lambo, bentley....etc ) or having to spend my life's savings on a female robot (droid ) - I'd rather just have the hottest phone on the market. Besides, I got big hands and this phone would fit me well......blather, babble, drool drool...

Besides, I got big hands and this phone would fit me well......blather, babble, drool drool...I am a recent convert from the BlackBerry world. I am convinced that Android phones will lead the way in the not too distant future. I love my current Droid phone and do nothing short of selling the technology to my family, friends and colleagues. Upgrading to the X would be sweet!
3 reasons I have to get this phone:
1) I think I have pushed my Motorola Droid to its limits to the point it restarts multiple times per day, I don't think I could come close to pushing this phone to its limits
2) I have been following the @droidlanding twitter account, and b4 they started giving the coordinates, I went searching late after work, and got security called on me :-/ (not to mention it looks like they are giving the coordinates during work hours, and there is no way I can get off work in time to get the phone)
3) The Droid X is one of the most intense looking phones to date, let alone one of the most powerful ones to be available. How could u not want it? I am surprised that the peeps at Android Central aren't keeping the phone to themselves

The HD quality video recording makes it great for parents to be able to record their kids sports or dance recitals. With it's hair-trigger fast 1ghz processor, uploading those pictures and videos will take merely seconds on Verizon Wireless's fast 3g network.
Having Swype pre-installed out of the box makes texting, and communicating with friends faster than its ever been in the past.

Well, im still using the original blackberry storm. I know, pretty sad. I check out the internet multiple times a day doing research on new phones. The droid X will be the best android phone on the market. I can't wait to get it. I checked it out at verizon the other day (they didn't have a display out, it was behind the counter) and it was amazing. I absolutely have to have it.
The Droid X is going to be the beginning of the end for iPhone supremacy. A gorgeous screen, beefy processor, mobile hotspot capability, and Motorola quality make the Droid X the new "it" phone.

Unfortunately, someone already found the X here in Philadelphia (I had no idea where the Ben Franklin Monument was anyway, ahah). Then, I got forced back to my old Blackberry Bold 9650, and I miss my original DROID to pieces.
As a college student, I snap pictures and upload to Facebook like all hell, am a feld confessed #TwitterFiend (@realkriswithak), and overall LOVE the DROID.
The Snapdragon, screen, and reputation of Verizon's network make this a GARGANTUAN phone by far. I would love to get back into Android's good graces, and this would be a great way to come back into the fold.

The Droix is the hottest device on the market today for 3 reasons.
1. it is one sexy device. And any one who is sporting this device will likely get a small group of people huddled around them to check their new gadget. It is a great way to break the ice. And instantly join social groups and meet a new friend.....BAM! Instant improvement in social life.
2.it is not a signal challenged Iphone 4 [
The Droid X power and form factor pushes the envelope of what we consider a "convenient" size cell phone. Droid X could be be establishing a new sub-sector of mobile device technology between smart phone and a tablet PC. She is a Pioneer baby! Who needs a tablet when you have a droid X????
3The droid X can provide you an escape for your daily stress. The D-x (that was a flash back for all you WWE/F fans) allows you to pause, take time to listen to some beats and reconnect with friends....or just disconnect altogehter while watching a high resolution movie, or classic wrestle mania on blockbuster rental rental program....just be careful with the roid rage when returning back to work from your break.
I know i said 3 but reason why the Droid X is the best, but reason 3.5 is compelling

Droid X is the hottest phone of the year for many reasons but one especially, it advances the smartphone standard of what we can and will expect from mobile manufactures/providers and will be looked back upon as the turning point in cellular advancement!
