Android device manager urgent clarification

Hi
I would like you to clarify me some things.. My phone has been stolen and when it was stolen my gmail was still active on my mobile.. I didn't log out.. So when I use Android device manager to locate my stolen phone, it says device unavailable.. What does that mean? Is it My stolen phone has been factory reset? I need your help.. Please hit me back with your feedback..

I think they must have wiped the phone or they are hiding under a lead tunnel.

You really need to report the phone stollen ASAP.

First, was ADM enabled when you had your phone. It has to be enabled through Device Administrators. You are normally prompted about the service when you first setup your device but you can disable it.

Next, was there a password or any type of security setup on the device?


If you didnt, it's possible they disabled the service. Also, keep in mind location has to be turned on for it to locate the device. Have you tried locking the phone or any other of the functions?

It is likely that they FDR the device.
