Android Exchange Glitch

I discovered a strange glitch using an HTC EVO 4G and Microsoft Exchange. If you use any type of contact favorites program or widget it deletes that contact's "E-mail 3" entry in Microsoft Outlook. I know this sounds odd, but if you try it you'll see. Set one of your contacts as a favorite and in a day or so, you'll see their E-mail 3 entry disappear from Outlook (provided you have 3 e-mail entries for that contact. Anybody else notice this?

In doing a little detective work, I noticed that it has nothing to do with favorites. It seems to be an Exchange issue (not really on the Outlook or phone side). E-mail 3 in OWA seems to disappear for people that I keep in touch with regularly. Very strange.
