Android expected to overtake apple in tablets this year.

IPad sales dropped from 51% last year to a projected 46% by year end this year. I'm not really surprised. It already happened to the phones. Unless apple can beat android its going to dwindle down to 30% like their phones.

What Apple has going against it is its pursuit of perfection in a singular device. One phone, one big tablet, and one little tablet. What can an iOS user do if they don't want vanilla? They can move to android.

I read something like this, honestly I don't really care. I'm just gonna buy the products I want and the market share can go do its thing far away from me.

I agree with what xlDeMoNiClx said, with the cavaet that I am only coverned with market share so far as it enures the continued existance of both companies. Competition ensures advancement. So long as Google/Windows/Apple are competing in hardware and software, and not in the courts, the consumers benefit.

Well seems that Apple enjoys the courts these days more than anywhere else.
