So I know that maybe this should be asked on another forum, and it has, but there is no answer, so I am asking it here.

I am now in love with this phone and would like to make another big purchase.

I am considering either an Android tablet or a Chromebook. Which what I've heard is that the Chromebook received a HUGE update and its now way better!

What do you guys think? By the way I would be using this device to mainly browse the web and email, youtube etc. .... and Maybe some production with Google docs.

Pretty much any Android tablet will do everything you mentioned and more, except maybe editing Word documents. The more popular brands (asus transformer, acer iconia, toshiba thrive, etc) should be able to do it stock. I'm sure there are some apps that allow document editing also. Basically, it all comes down to which brand you can get the best deal on if you're going to do basic stuff. If you're into hardcore gaming and other heavy usage, that changes things. I bought a factory refurbished Acer a500 and have no complaints. I'm on it now.

I have edited docs on my Nexus with Google Docs, so I presume you could do the same with a tablet?

Thanks guys but what are your feelings with the Chromebook? Is it another Google flop? And should I wait for the Google Nexus Tablet?

Well, for me ChromeOS has a lot more growing to do before I consider jumping on that boat.

As I learned with Windows Vista and WebOS, never buy into a brand new OS on its initial release until everything has been ironed out and there is clear evidence of growth. ChromeOS has some very ambitious goals but I'm not sure if the infrastructure exists for what it aims to do. Bsically, everything you do is backed up to the cloud, which means you will need a constant and reliabe data connection to do anything. Sorry, I will stick to my Windows 7 Laptop with my 2 TB Hard drive, thank you very much.

As far as tablets go, I would wait and see what this new Nexus tablet is all about. I mean, that Galaxy tab, Galxy Tab 2 are awesome, but I here Asus has been hitting some home runs. So, my advice is to wait since the next generation tablets are right around the corner.
