AC Question

Have had my Samsung Gear S2 SM-R720 Smartwatch from new for 6 weeks. Last night I got up from my chair, returned to sit down and saw my Watch lying on the chair, could have happened outside the house, anywhere... The Rubber Vulcanizing, or Glue? manufacturing process, to the stainless steel fixing clip had come adrift. I did manage after a while to get the fixing clip off the Watch. Apparently I am not alone with this fault and hope that Samsung has now opened a Data Base on this recurring Design Fault and is not a "Water" etc problem. Donny

Just thought I would chime in here. Had my watch about 6 weeks and the strap came apart right at the stainless connector at the watch body. One of the screws was missing so I assume that's what caused the issue.

Had same issue around the same time frame. I guess I was lucky it happened in an area I noticed my watch falling off me. I thought I might have lost the screw, but maybe it was missing like previous poster said because couldn't find it anywhere. I returned it to Samsung to fix as we're still under 1 year warranty. Received absolutely terrible customer service! More than 2 hour hold time and processing my return. Over a month of having my defective item and no replacement yet. When I checked on status, an hour hold time and processing again just to tell me there's no update and they'll notify me when there's an update. Samsung demonstrating exactly how to lose customers, more business, loyalty, etc.
