Android incredible slow at end of day (10-11 pm)

I recently bought the Moto G5 Plus. Love the phone, especially how fast it is even though it is not a high end model. At the end of the day however, this thing slows down like a snail. Between something like 10 and 11 PM, the phone is often not usable. Apps take forever to load, backgrounds and keyboards wont load properly, etc. After a quick reboot, the thing is fast like Max Verstappen once again. Anyone any idea what it could be?

I already tried to disable automated backups through google drive and onedrive, to no avail. I use default google now launcher with default gboard on android 7.0, not a lot of apps.

Do you have some memory hog of a Virus Scanner set to run between 10 and 11pm?

No virus scanner, no task killer either. Is there a way to see if another app is hogging the memory? Something like task manager in windows?

Go to settings > memory

Not sure what happened, but I reset my phone and am not experiencing issues since. Havent enabled a lot of backup features tho.
