According to CNET, one of the new features of Lollipop is the ability to program your phone to unlock when it either pairs with one of your bluetooth devices (like your car) or a NFC device. You have to set it up for each desired device, but it does sound like something I will use and love (whenever AT&T releases Lollipop for the S4).

I always use a password (pin) to unlock my phone, but it is a pain. My understanding is that I will be able to wear an NFC tag that will unlock my phone by just tapping. And when I start my vehicle and the phone pairs with same, it will unlock. Much more convienient than having to enter the pin!
