Android mail setup problem

[Android Central Question]

I have two android devices, one accessing email via Vodafone, one using plusnet wifi. Neither will accept outgoing mail with the plusnet hosted domain address but only the main plusnet account address. Thunderbird on my pc can cope fine. Seems for some reason android mail cannot verify my hosted outgoing server. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Android devices do you have? Are you using the stock Email app? Have you already tried editing the outgoing SMTP server settings to make sure they're correct for your email accounts, and that your password is also correctly entered there?
