Can get updates here and there, but it's mainly hit and miss.

Yep I'm having the same issue. Have been all afternoon. I can browse the market fine but I can't download anything.

I am having issues also, can purchase apps, but then they don't download and install. I thought it was the phone at first, but rebooted a few times and still nothing. GRRRRRR!!!!
