Android Market?

I installed a new ROM and for some odd reason, this ROM didn't update my android market. I tried downloading a few of updates, but they wont install. Does anyone have any good download links to the latest version?

go into your applications and then the market
clear cache, defaults, and data any whatever else there is. reset the phone
then try and flash the new market.

I already tried that. But, its ok. I installed a new ROM and it got updated.

Sometimes it takes a bit to update. Sometimes up to a week according to some.
