Android N and still no Marshmallow for Sprint,T-Mobile and AT&T

update coming today. my phone says unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. try Again later.

the only time this has ever happened my Note 4 got the 5.0.1 update Sprint rep just confirmed that 6.0.1 is being pushed out today to Sprint Customers on a Note 5
I hope so. This has been the ******* child of 2015.

Last I checked, Samsung released their MM update for this device. Your issue should be taken up with your carrier, not the OEM.

This.

I would never expect timely / fast updates once the carrier gets involved. They always slow everything down and sometimes even prevent it from getting to their users. Timely updates are mainly for Nexus devices and sometimes unlocked ones.

There really isn't much of a difference. A few different colors, doze is next to useless, and some animations are different. Definitely no reason to get all crazy about it.

I was upset at first, but after reflection I realize that the Note is just fine how it is right now. My device runs flawlessly on 5.1.1 and I worry what will happen in a Marshmallow update. When I had the Note 4, the update to Lollipop made the phone all but useless for me. I'm not in any rush for an update now haha.

Exactly the Note 5 runs great on 5.1.1. Why people get bent out if shape over a software update blows my mind. If you want fast updates and a boring phone then buy a Nexus.
