Wonder what the specs of these devices will be like. I hope they come with at least 1GB of RAM and a dual-core processor.

Processor and ram weren't mentioned in the keynote but given that those specs are the basis of the Moto e that comes in at 129 usd I'd say those expectations are easily met.
