Android or iOS ?

Thank you both for your replies. First the headphones did not need a reset as they were pairing with my other device fine. Second, thank you Berry Bubbles for your suggestion. My screen was not the same as yours as it does not have a scan button but it led me to try something else. On an iPad the device is automatically paired without having to do anything so when I turned Bluetooth on I tapped on the bar you have highlighted in blue and it highlighted my headphones. All is now working fine so thank you all for your help.
