Having spoken to there support team today officially they are saying there is no android pie update for any devices

I questioned why this was and nothing no response what so ever.

So don't expect an update anytime soon.

Pie is already in public beta for the 7 Plus and should be launching soon, I think support probably just misunderstood the question.

if u go on there beta part of the page they are no longer offering the beta they are only offering a roll back to Oreo so I'm assuming they won't be far from sending the official ota. not to say originally they said pie would be released in September lol maybe October now . even op6 got official pie before Android one got it what a pile of **** that is

needless to say putting the software a side I'm still loving my Nokia 7+ just wish I could get hold of a LCD to replace my unit because it's becoming a hard task to find a "fair priced replacement" LCD. cheapest screen I found is something like £120/140. I payed £280 for the phone lol

don't get me wrong I'm loving the phone but now not loving the updates

Yep same here phones awesome but this update situation is slacking considering Android one is supposed to have influence from Google

my experience of the Nokia support isn't the best. when I enquired about the 7 plus before launch (it was in all the tech news outlets at this point and clove had it listed for pre-order ) they didn't know much about it price wise.

seems from looking at the Nokia support forum pages android 9 (pie) is now being rolled out but in stages

Yeah probably in stages. Not sure if I should stay on the latest beta and wait for ota or roll back

i received it on a TA-1062 in the US this past weekend
Everything but the new open apps carousel and the notification bar/shade are welcomed updates. The set-scale font and icons are far too large for my taste.

Still nothing in the UK for the Nokia 7 Plus TA-1055 00ww-2-22m build. We are still on 8.1 August security patch. This is rubbish support from HMD Nokia currently.
