I encountered this issue today with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 fresh out of the box when adding an Exchange account. At first the client and I both focused on cache/data/corrupt contacts as the likely cause until it was discovered there was no Contacts or People app installed on the phone, leading to the discovery that the Phone app itself is missing! The error being related to contact storage is explained by the lack of Contact app. Needless to say this one's going back to Verizon.

Hi. I was recently having the same issues with my cell phone as well. I recently found out that there is an issue going on with the Acore processor that will send out a message saying that" your Android.Processor.Acore recently stopped". Then it was also giving me messages "Your storage is full" When in reality they was not.
I investigated into this and found out that this is an issue that effects the operating system. It can effect your syncing all of your apps and will eventually begin to give you issues with your contacts not working and messages not working also.It can also effect your phone from reloading/ downloading apps, and can also effect your phone settings for example like the ringers, sounds.
In order to stop this issue according to the makers of the phone, you need to do the following:
Make sure that your contacts and internal storage is saved onto your computer or a back up system >Go to Settings > Applications> Manage Applications> All (which is the button on top that lets you see all applications), > Scroll down to Contacts Storage, > click on Clear Data.
If you have any other questions you can contact LG the makers of the cell phone at 1-800-243-0000
Good Luck!

Do you have your contacts backed up?
Try uninstalling Facebook if that is installed. If this does not fix your problem then try the following.

Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts Sync Adapter and press Clear Data, this error usually goes away. If this doesn't work, try clearing the data on Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts or Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts Storage.

If problem is fixed, then restore contacts and reinstall Facebook and make sure you don't sync contacts with it.

Good luck. Im going to sleep.

Thanks. Removing Facebook from Contacts worked. But not 100% removing the pop-up message. It'll still pop, albeit not every 2 secs.
Also, don't re-sync Facebook to Contacts.

_ Go in Settings / applications / Manage applications , choose 'all ' tab
Then clear all data and cache of both Google play store nad google services Framework
_ Reboot into recovery and wipe cache and wipe Dalvik - Cache . ( no need to factory reset )

I used this to try an solve another problem I was having but it also stopped this error message coming up :)

What i did was uninstall facebook app and clear calender storage. Worked like a champ. A reboot and good as new.

This is the second time in less then a month, I have a Boost mobile Galaxy S5 rooted running custom rom M.O.A.R. v2.0, the ifirst time I lost all data(sux losing my lvl150 crime city data most of all) when i did factory reset, it has something to do with calender cause both Calanders constantly crash, and the second crashing about 3 seconds after the first, today I get the acore failure after being fed up with facebook trying to force messenger on me so i uninstalled FB app, then this crash happens. I immediately went into app manager and cleared ngoogle play cache and play services (this worked about 2 weeks ago and i had read to do this and it worked that time but not today, now this error comes up not even 1 second after i click ok again and again in loop and it forces me out of settings or contacts or 90% of the places i am trying to enter to clear cache or to save much needed new client phone #s I need to stay in business. I do know my device storage free space is below 800mb because my 'move app to sd card' is bad or my 2 month old sandisk extreme 64gb microsd is somehow damaged, i just dont know, but if i try to store apps to sd card, it says app is not installed and all my data is also gone for those apps. I am very droid and PC savvy, but for the life of me cannot figure out what the problem is, besides maybe the crockpot ppl saying facebook is expanding their evil empire may be the most truthful gibberish I have heard.. I hate Apple, but an iOS is looking better every passing minute :(
