Android Q Beta 6 Bubbles

I have enabled bubbles in dev options but cannot figure how they work, could someone help?

I posted the same question in a pixel 3XL Android q forum. The only notification bubble I get is for phone calls, and that slightly annoying even though I still use it cuz when I disable it and in advance notification settings it still doesn't go away. I just try to use all notifications from the notification Shade just like Android is designed to do.
